Welcome to Pink City Expressions! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our Shopify store at https://pinkcityexpressions.myshopify.com/ and the purchase of products. By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. General Terms

  • You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
  • All purchases are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at our discretion.
  • Prices, product descriptions, and availability may change without notice.

2. Orders & Payments

  • Our store is powered by Shopify, and payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other accepted methods at checkout.
  • You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information. Orders may be canceled if fraudulent activity is suspected.
  • Prices are displayed in USD, and applicable taxes and shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
  • Items are pictured and sent "as is"

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We use uShip for large furniture deliveries. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
  • Customers will receive tracking details once an order is shipped.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your delivery address is correct. Missed deliveries or incorrect addresses may result in additional shipping fees.

4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we inspect the returned item.

5. Warranty & Liability

  • We do not offer warranties beyond those required by law unless explicitly stated.
  • We are not responsible for damages due to improper assembly, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
  • Please be aware that all of our pieces are made in India. Because the furniture is hand made and/or hand painted, it may have imperfections in the wood grain or coloring that we believe give it character, charm, and unique beauty. There may be occasional brush strokes and there may be minor imperfections in the finish. That is the beauty, charm, and character of a piece that has been lovingly painted by hand.
  • Colors may vary from what you see on your screen due to lighting, monitor settings, and other variables.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy, available here.
  • Shopify securely processes transactions, and we do not store payment details.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is owned by Pink City Expressions and may not be used without permission.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA
  • Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or mediation before legal action.

9. Shopify Platform Terms

  • This store operates on Shopify, and your use of the website is also subject to Shopify’s Terms of Service (Shopify Terms).
  • Shopify handles secure checkout, payments, and compliance with applicable e-commerce regulations.
