Shipping Policy
We are committed to delivering your furniture safely and efficiently. We offer Local Delivery and also partner with uShip to provide reliable shipping for all large furniture items. Please review our shipping policy below.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
- Local deliveries up to 45 miles from 75056 may be provided by Pink City Expressions employees
- All large furniture items are shipped via uShip, a trusted freight and logistics provider.
- Delivery times vary based on your location and carrier availability. Most orders arrive within 7–21 business days from the shipping date.
- For local deliveries you will coordinate date/time with a Pink City Employee. For Shipping via Uship, you will receive tracking information once your order is scheduled for shipment.
Shipping Costs
- Local delivery is calculated by distance in miles from 75056.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
- Any additional shipping fees, such as inside delivery or white-glove service, will be the customer’s responsibility and must be arranged directly with uShip.
Delivery Process
- Once your place your order, contact Pink City Expressions to confirm delivery method: Pick up/Local Delivery (up to 45 miles from 75056) / Shipping via Uship
- Once method is confirmed, you will receive an email with details and an estimated delivery window of date/time
- If shipped via Uship, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment (if applicable).
- Please ensure that someone is available to receive and inspect the delivery.
Inspection & Damages
- Upon delivery, carefully inspect your furniture for any damages before signing the delivery receipt.
- If there is visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt and take photos.
- Report any issues to our customer service team within 48 hours for assistance with a replacement or refund.
Missed Deliveries & Reattempt Fees
- If you miss your scheduled delivery, you may be responsible for re-delivery fees.
- Contact the carrier directly to reschedule if needed.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship within the continental United States only.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Hawaii, Alaska, or international locations.
