Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchased item, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of receipt.

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and unassembled (if applicable).
  • All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included.
  • Customized or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team at pinkcityexpressions@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.
  2. We will provide you with return instructions, including the return shipping address.
  3. Securely pack the item and ship it back using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
